- How do I know if you have received my package at your American address and how do I send it to my home country?
You will be notified by email every time a package arrives in our warehouse for you. You will then be able to log into your customer account to see the picture of your package and have the choice to store it waiting for more to come, or initiate the final delivery to your address.
- What is the delivery transit time and what type of carrier do you use?
What are the delivery transit time and type of carrier do you use? We use the USPS postal services as well as UPS, FedEx and DHL. Your choice ! Transit time will vary depending on the carrier you choose and your destination. On average our packages are delivered within 5 to 9 business days in western Europe.
- Can I have a tracking number for my parcel?
Can I have my package tracked from the USA to my home? Our packages are carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number from the United States to your destination. You can track your parcel from your customer dashboard or with tracking number received by e-mail at the time of shipment.

Why are the shipping costs so high? In the United States, shipping costs are quite high because they are calculated according to weight and volume. The first pounds being the most expensive, it is therefore more interesting to combine several purchases and make a single shipment. You will be able to add shipping insurance to your package at the time of payment.
- Can I have pictures of the items before sending them back to me?
Of course ! You get a free picture of your parcel as soon as it’s delivered to our warehouse. You will then be notified and able to ask for more detailed picture of the content for only 0.99$
